So referring offices know what to expect, the following are not currently available. Additional hands-on wig and topper training is scheduled for November, and services may expand afterward.

For patient privacy, please do not submit diagnosis details, insurance numbers, prescriptions, medical records, or sensitive photos through a general website contact form. If sensitive documentation is needed, Crown on Mane will provide secure communication instructions.
Referral Documentation
When appropriate, medical offices may provide prescriptions, letters of medical necessity, diagnosis codes, or referral documentation directly to Crown on Mane by secure medical email or fax. Diagnosis codes, prescriptions, and medical necessity documentation must come from the patient's licensed medical provider.
Crown on Mane can provide itemized receipts, superbill-style documentation, business NPI and tax information, and documentation support for patients who wish to submit for possible insurance reimbursement.
