Crown on Mane is a service and brand of Unc Style Barbershop and Suites, LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Crown on Mane website, appointment-booking page, consultations, and related services.
By using this website or requesting an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request an appointment.
This website provides general information about Crown on Mane’s hair solutions, hair systems, cranial prostheses, consultations, product options, referrals, and related services.
Website information is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical, legal, insurance, or financial advice.
Crown on Mane may offer private consultations concerning non-surgical hair-replacement options, cranial prostheses, medical wig product options, toppers, hair systems, general product guidance, and administrative insurance-documentation support when applicable.
A consultation does not guarantee that a client will purchase a product or receive a particular service.
Crown on Mane may determine that a service, product, or consultation is not appropriate for a client’s needs.
Crown on Mane does not diagnose medical conditions, provide medical treatment, prescribe cranial prostheses, determine medical necessity, or replace advice from a licensed medical provider.
Clients should direct medical questions to their physician or other licensed healthcare provider.
A prescription and letter of medical necessity must come from the client’s licensed medical provider. Crown on Mane does not issue prescriptions or letters of medical necessity.
If you have an urgent medical concern, contact a healthcare provider or emergency services.
Crown on Mane may provide itemized receipts, product or service descriptions, cranial prosthesis documentation, and administrative self-submission support documents when requested and when applicable.
Crown on Mane does not guarantee insurance eligibility, coverage, reimbursement, claim approval, payment, or a particular insurance outcome.
Coverage depends on the client’s insurance plan, diagnosis, provider documentation, medical-necessity requirements, plan exclusions, and insurer rules.
Clients are responsible for contacting their insurance company to confirm benefits, documentation requirements, filing deadlines, network rules, and reimbursement procedures.
Appointments may be scheduled through Microsoft Bookings, by telephone, by email, or through another approved Crown on Mane communication method.
The appointment availability shown online may change based on business hours, staff availability, calendar conflicts, holidays, closures, or technical limitations.
A one-hour appointment is reserved for the scheduled client. If the consultation ends early, the remaining time may be used for documentation, preparation, cleaning, or other business activities.
Virtual appointments may be conducted through Microsoft Teams. Clients are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, camera or microphone when needed, and a reasonably private location.
Some follow-up services, including measurements, fittings, product review, pickup, and certain documentation appointments, may need to be completed in person.
Clients should cancel or reschedule as soon as possible by using the appointment-management link in the confirmation message or by contacting Crown on Mane directly.
Crown on Mane may cancel or reschedule an appointment because of illness, emergency, scheduling changes, technical problems, weather, facility issues, or other circumstances.
Repeated missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to respond may affect future booking availability.
Clients must provide accurate contact and appointment information.
Please do not enter diagnosis details, medical history, insurance identification numbers, Social Security numbers, prescriptions, medical records, or sensitive photos into public booking forms, general website forms, or appointment notes.
If sensitive documentation is needed, Crown on Mane will provide instructions for an appropriate communication method.

Product availability, color, texture, length, construction, fit, and appearance may vary.
Crown on Mane does not guarantee that a product will meet every client’s preferences, expectations, insurance requirements, or desired result.

Any product-specific warranty, return, exchange, or manufacturer policy will apply according to its written terms.
Any applicable price, deposit, payment requirement, product charge, or service fee will be communicated before the applicable purchase or paid service.
A free consultation does not mean that products, fittings, customization, maintenance, future visits, or other services are free.
Crown on Mane may update prices, offerings, appointment types, and service availability without advance notice. Changes will not alter a transaction that has already been completed unless required by law or agreed in writing.
